This is my first post of my weight loss journey. I started out weighing 308.5 pounds. Today I weighed 298.5 and my 5 day average is 300.1.
I have been reading a lot of blogs recently and I decided that if I am really going to do this and to keep it up, I need to be held accountable. I had a few scares recently with myself and my family that I need to do something now before it gets any worse. I was put on Blood Pressure medication last month and my dad just had a double bypass. I recently had a physical with my doctor and I got my cholesterol under control and I am not diabetic, but my family history tells me that I am not too far away.
