Caffeine Update:
I haven't had a cup of coffee since the end of last week. I am drinking herbal tea and water, and crystal light (stopping the artificial sweeteners might be December's goal). I have occasionally had some Diet Doctor Pepper, but when I have been going out to eat I have been drinking water. The teas that I have been drinking are naturally decaffeinated.
I have had some intense headaches and I have crashed some times in the afternoon, but I am sleeping better and I am getting tried earlier at night. I don't know if this is due to the lack of caffeine, or because I have been so busy. Either way, i'll take it.

Good for you on the caffenine. That is a hard habit to kick!
good job. If you are having withdrawals then you were having too much. Thats how I look at it anyway. Stick with it for a little longer and the headaches and other negative side effects will go away. Just like everything else in life moderation is key.
Glad you posted this in the Forum, I didn't have you on my list.
I can't imagine how hard dropping the Caf would be. My wife has to have her coffee in the morning or she punches me in the face with a tire iron. I can't even imagine her without her caffeine - should I worry for your family's safety? =)
